Short Bio

Teresa Bruni specializes in creating life transformations for her clients by incorporating a mind-body-spirit approach. She is on a mission to assist clients in reaching for higher goals and living fuller, healthier, and more abundant lives by identifying and breaking through the blocks that hold them back.

Teresa is a born teacher and highly intuitive. She is driven by her life's purpose of improving the lives of others.

Teresa is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), a certified Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), a PSYCH-K® Preferred Facilitator, HeartMath Certified Practitioner®. She served as a 2013 eWomenNetwork Premier Success Coach, and she is an International Best Selling author, speaker, and the founder of Less Fear, More Flow LLC. In response to the 2020 pandemic, she founded The 2020 Resilience Journal Project.
